Students will have complete access to all the candidate profiles on the website, and should familiarize themselves with the candidates before election week. On the first day of election week (April 12th), the campaign videos will be released on the website for teachers to show to their classes, as well as for students to view themselves. Candidates will also be campaigning throughout the school and engaging with the student body.
We will be using the ranked-choice voting system for the 2021 election. Students will be asked to rank the top 5 candidates for each candidate. Please watch the video for more information about ranked-choice voting. See a sample ballot here.
Important! If you are unable to attend class on Friday morning, an early-voting session will be available the day before (Thursday, April 15th) after school in Room 116. Please bring a copy of your schedule and student ID.
